HR Specialist – Luxury Hotel (Belgrade)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Specialist to support and manage key HR processes for a new five‑star luxury lifestyle hotel in Belgrade. The role focuses on labour law, legal documentation and compliance with Serbian legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and termination.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, annexes, leave, benefits and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, first‑round interviews and communication with hiring managers.
• Create and maintain HR templates, forms, contracts, decisions, certificates and warnings.
• Develop and standardise HR procedures, maintain personnel files and digital HR records, and improve processes through the HR system.
• Ensure compliance with Serbian labour law, cooperate with external legal advisers, update internal HR documentation and support audits, inspections and other compliance activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Human Resources or a related field; legal background is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, labour law or a combination of both.
• Strong knowledge of Serbian labour law and employment‑related regulations.
• Experience preparing and reviewing employment contracts, annexes, policies and other legal HR documentation.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills, high professionalism and discretion.
• Good command of English.
