HR SSC Specialist for Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

About the role

Join MAHLE’s Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team as an HR SSC Specialist. You will support recruitment processes across Europe, ensuring smooth coordination and accurate administration of hiring activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules, assessments and candidate communications.
• Maintain recruitment data, records and documentation in HR systems.
• Prepare reports and ensure data accuracy within recruitment tools.
• Support employer branding initiatives and regional recruitment campaigns.
• Identify and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong interest in talent acquisition, employer branding or HR.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English.
• University degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors (advantageous).
