HR SSC Specialist (Polish language)

About the role

Join MAHLE’s HR Shared Services team and provide day‑to‑day HR support to employees in Poland. You will gain practical experience in HR administration, employee assistance, and Polish labour legislation while working in a modern hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries via a ticketing system.
• Answer routine questions and escalate complex cases to the appropriate HR teams.
• Update and process HR data in internal systems.
• Prioritise requests and resolve them according to defined procedures and deadlines.
• Guide employees to relevant internal policies, procedures or external partners.
• Collaborate with HR SSC colleagues and other departments to ensure high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Experience in HR or a strong interest in HR processes.
• Fluent written and spoken Polish and English.
• Understanding of HR Shared Services environments.
• Completed or ongoing studies in HR, business administration or related fields.
• Good organisational, responsibility and communication skills.
