HR SSC Specialist – Polish Language

About the role

Join our HR Shared Services team in Belgrade and become the first point of contact for Polish‑speaking employees across Europe. You will support day‑to‑day HR processes, handle employee inquiries, and gain hands‑on experience with Polish labour law in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for employee HR questions via the ticketing system.
• Respond to inquiries, process requests, and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Update and maintain HR data, creating tickets for corrections or new requests.
• Prioritise and resolve requests according to defined procedures and deadlines.
• Guide employees to relevant internal policies, procedures, or external partners.
• Collaborate with other HR SSC team members and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service in line with global HR standards.

Required profile

• Experience in HR processes, preferably within an SSC or BPO setting.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Understanding of the HR Shared Services model and employee support workflows.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, and SAP HR.
• Experience with ticketing platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
