Human Resources Specialist & Multimedia Content Creator (BeNeLux)

About the role

As a member of the BeNeLux HR Support team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will combine human‑resources expertise with multimedia storytelling to strengthen our employer brand and enhance employee communications across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce graphic, video and animated content using Adobe Creative Cloud and AI‑driven tools such as Synthesia.
• Create and publish employee stories and internal communications across multiple channels.
• Support global employer‑branding campaigns and local initiatives in the BeNeLux region.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Assist with employee experience and engagement projects, including shop‑operation coordination.
• Provide administrative support including documentation management, invoice processing and stakeholder follow‑up.

Required profile

• Proactive, curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
• Analytical, data‑driven approach combined with creative problem‑solving.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud (graphic design, video editing, animation).
• Synthesia or similar AI‑driven content creation tools.
• Microsoft Office suite.
