iGaming Customer Support Agent (Hybrid, Belgrade)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time iGaming Customer Support Agent to join our growing team in Belgrade. The position is hybrid, with weekday day shifts in our office and all other shifts performed remotely. You will work on a 12‑hour shift schedule following a 2‑days‑on / 2‑days‑off rotation, covering both day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, efficient support to customers across multiple communication channels.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and troubleshoot problems with appropriate solutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless, positive experience.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in iGaming customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a professional, empathetic approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a high‑pace environment.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using digital tools; basic iGaming knowledge is a plus.
