IT Support Analyst

About the role

Incode is looking for an IT Support Analyst to be the first point of contact for employee technology needs across its global organization. You will ensure that teams stay productive by delivering fast, reliable support for hardware, software, identity, and collaboration tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1‑2 technical support, troubleshooting software, hardware, connectivity and access issues.
• Manage user provisioning and de‑provisioning workflows to maintain secure onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Oversee endpoint deployment, asset tracking, device reallocation and lifecycle management of company hardware.
• Provision, maintain and support collaboration platforms such as Zoom Rooms, Zoom licensing, Slack and Microsoft 365.
• Deliver onsite office technology support, maintain meeting‑room equipment and resolve infrastructure problems.
• Create and document IT procedures, user‑administration guidelines and security best practices, identifying opportunities for automation.
• Coordinate hardware procurement, software licensing and vendor relationships to meet business needs.
