KC Finance Systems and Implementation Manager

About the role

The Systems & Implementation Manager at the Finance Knowledge Centre is responsible for managing, implementing, and continuously optimizing finance systems, tools, and technical processes that support Working Capital operations. The role serves as the central liaison between Finance Operations, Global Process Owners, and Financial IT to ensure systems are fully utilized and aligned with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as 1st‑level support lead and expert for core finance systems (e.g., ACON, HRC, DMT), ensuring timely issue resolution and escalation.
• Oversee day‑to‑day system availability, functionality, and maintenance for finance GS and KC operations.
• Validate and manage tickets, classify technical vs. operational issues, and drive resolution.
• Provide system training and “train‑the‑trainer” support in coordination with KC/GS training and Process Excellence experts.
• Monitor system adoption, usage efficiency, and initiate corrective actions where gaps exist.
• Ensure system configurations, user access, templates, and mappings comply with global and country‑specific standards.
• Lead system implementations, automation initiatives, and technical process improvements.
• Drive digitalisation, automation, and a culture of continuous improvement within finance operational teams.
• Lead a small team of systems and implementation experts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance operations and finance system management.
• Strong ability to act as an interface between Finance Operations, Global Process Owners, and Financial IT.
• Leadership experience managing a small team of technical experts.
• Track record of driving digitalisation and automation in finance processes.
