Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across Croatia and Slovenia. The role combines strong project‑management capabilities with hands‑on marketing, PR and media experience to deliver brand‑aligned campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring delivery of targets and brand KPIs.
• Develop and implement communication plans, timelines and budgets for product launches and ongoing promotions.
• Adapt key product selling points for local relevance and oversee localization of marketing assets.
• Conduct market, consumer and competitor analysis to inform positioning and messaging.
• Manage PR activities including media relations, press releases, product reviews, events and crisis communication.
• Collaborate with local agencies, partners and channel partners on co‑marketing initiatives while maintaining brand consistency.
• Monitor competitor activity, media investment and market trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Handle multiple projects, stakeholders, agencies, timelines and budgets simultaneously.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in marketing, PR, integrated marketing or marketing project management.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns from planning through execution independently.
• Strong understanding of media relations, PR agency management and product communications.
• Excellent analytical skills for market and competitor research.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with creative, digital, retail and event teams.
