Open Call for Internship Roster

About the role

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Serbia is launching an open call for a roster of qualified interns. This roster will create a pool of candidates who may be selected for internship assignments throughout 2025, supporting UNDP’s work on inclusive growth, governance, climate resilience, and gender equality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project teams in research, data collection, and analysis related to development initiatives.
• Support the preparation of reports, policy briefs, and communication materials.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on program design and implementation.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for events, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
• Help monitor and evaluate project outcomes in line with UNDP’s results framework.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate from any academic discipline.
• Strong interest in sustainable development, human rights, and international cooperation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
