Operations Administrator & Audit Specialist

About the role

IGT is seeking an organised, proactive and highly collaborative Operations Governance & Enablement Coordinator to join its Operations Excellence & Enablement team. The role serves as the operational backbone, ensuring governance processes run smoothly, actions are tracked to completion, audits are managed, and stakeholders stay aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate governance forums, operational reviews, workshops and stakeholder meetings, preparing agendas, materials and decision records.
• Maintain governance calendars, documentation repositories and operational review schedules.
• Document outcomes, decisions and action items, and ensure agreed actions are assigned, tracked and completed on time.
• Run a centralised action‑tracking process for reviews, audits and improvement initiatives, following up with owners and escalating overdue items.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives by coordinating workshops, reviews and follow‑up activities.
• Assist with user access reviews, collect evidence for internal and external audits, and work with Compliance, Security and Operations teams on regulatory reviews.
