OT Engineer – Control & SCADA Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an OT Engineer to design, develop and integrate high‑quality control and SCADA solutions for a variety of industrial clients. You will work across the full project lifecycle, collaborating with Controls Engineers, Project Managers and customers to deliver reliable, standards‑compliant systems.

Key responsibilities

• Create, review and approve project documentation such as system architectures, designs, specifications, test plans and quality records.
• Analyse client requirements and translate them into functional and non‑functional specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant ISA standards.
• Lead system testing and validation activities to confirm that solutions meet design criteria.
• Conduct technical discussions, resolve engineering issues and manage work packages, tracking task progress.
• Provide effort estimates for sales proposals and mentor junior systems engineers.

Required profile

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interaction with internal teams, clients, vendors and suppliers.
• Proven experience delivering control and SCADA projects in industrial environments.
• Ability to guide junior engineers and contribute to continuous technical capability development.
