About the role
We are looking for a Pedestrian/Mapping Camera Operator to walk assigned routes while carrying a backpack‑mounted camera system. The role involves capturing high‑quality images, video and mapping data for geospatial projects, working outdoors in various environments.
Key responsibilities
- Carry a 20‑23 kg backpack‑mounted camera and walk 10–12 km per day on designated routes.
- Record imagery, video and mapping data automatically once the route is started.
- Follow safety and security protocols while on‑site.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues on Android devices.
- Prepare simple reports and communicate any issues to supervisors.
Required profile
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel up to 75 % of the time.
- Physically fit to carry equipment and walk long distances.
- Available for full‑time work (40 hours per week).
- Good English communication skills.
Required skills
- Basic technical knowledge of Android devices.
