Performance Marketing Specialist – Google & Social Media Ads

About the role

SmartPoint is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid advertising across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms. You will work in a hybrid model (three days onsite, two days remote) and collaborate with colleagues and clients to drive customer acquisition and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google (search, display, Performance Max, etc.) and social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and retargeting strategies, managing bids and budgets to meet KPI targets.
• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages and website elements to improve conversion rates.
• Generate performance reports using Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
• Implement tracking codes (FB Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.) and ensure data integrity across platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of agency experience managing PPC or digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven data‑analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and client interaction.
