Premium Spirits Business Development Manager

About the role

The Premium Spirits Business Development Manager will lead the strategic development and growth of the Premium Spirits and Three Cents categories across all market channels. You will be responsible for delivering the annual business plan, driving revenue and volume growth, and building strong relationships with brand owners, distributors and key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual business plan for the Premium Spirits and Three Cents categories, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market expansion and portfolio development.
• Define category growth strategies, R2M approaches and commercial policies tailored to each territory.
• Manage financial KPIs, budgets, pricing, discounts and commercial agreements.
• Oversee inventory, forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with brand owners, distributors and strategic partners, leading joint business planning.
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Prepare performance reports, forecasts and business reviews for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or category management within the beverage/alcohol sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales, profit and volume targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Leadership experience, capable of coaching and developing a high‑performance team.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and drive actionable insights.
