Product Director, Programmable Voice

About the role

The Product Director, Programmable Voice will define, build and scale Proximus Global’s L4 Programmable Voice solution, an abstracted, ready‑to‑consume application layer that leverages BICS Cloud Communications carrier voice assets, Konera Network APIs and Telesign identity and fraud signals. The role focuses on global SMB, mid‑market, voice‑AI startups and enterprises with ARR between €10‑100k.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of product managers across discovery, launch and scale‑up stages.
• Own the end‑to‑end product journey from proposition definition through market launch and international scaling.
• Define and evolve the Programmable Voice strategy and maintain a phased roadmap covering number masking, branded calling, AI voice agents, real‑time media streaming, transcription, translation, AI‑capable IVR and future LLM integration.
• Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning across Europe, North America, MEA, LATAM and APAC.
• Drive product planning, timelines, budgets and build‑versus‑buy decisions for the greenfield OSS/BSS stack.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product managers and delivering greenfield products to market.
• Strategic vision with the ability to balance hands‑on execution.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills across engineering, sales and partner ecosystems.
