Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead the development of new IoT and cellular module products from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate overall plans for product kick‑off, design, R&D review, trial production, and launch.
• Manage project progress, risk control, resource scheduling, early warnings and emergency backup plans.
• Monitor implementation of the plan, adjust as needed, and quickly identify causes of schedule deviations.
• Coordinate departmental collaboration, supervise branch plans, and ensure effective communication.
• Provide regular status reports, milestone results, and key task accomplishments.
• Communicate issues promptly, gather resources, propose alternatives, and monitor their execution.
• Standardize project management practices and work with quality management to ensure product quality.
• Lead project wrap‑up, summarising goals achieved, analysing implementation, and documenting lessons learned.
• Assist the product manager with customer requests and coordinate service and support after mass production.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing product development projects in a technology environment.
• Strong risk‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple departments.
• Ability to produce clear, timely reports and present project status to stakeholders.
