Proposals Manager

About the role

The Proposals Manager independently drives the end‑to‑end execution of standard customer proposals and RFP responses. Working within established frameworks, you will ensure that every submission is timely, compliant, and aligned with both customer requirements and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of standard proposals and RFPs from intake to submission, coordinating inputs from Sales, Pricing, Contracts, and subject‑matter experts.
• Assemble proposal content using approved templates and content libraries, guaranteeing full coverage of customer requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Apply and enforce proposal processes, standards, and best practices to meet quality, accuracy, and compliance expectations while adhering to defined SLAs.
• Utilise proposal management and document tools to maintain accurate records, files, and status updates.
• Partner with Sales to clarify proposal requirements, timelines, and expectations, providing proactive communication throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in proposal management or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to manage proposals or RFP responses end‑to‑end.
• Strong written communication and project‑management capabilities.
