Recruitment Specialist EU

About the role

Magna is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support its European operations. The role will manage end‑to‑end hiring processes for a leading automotive seating systems manufacturer, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong partnership with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle workforce planning requests and recruitment requisitions across Europe.
• Create and publish job ads via the ATS, job boards and Magna Career Site.
• Source candidates proactively using databases, LinkedIn and recruitment campaigns.
• Screen applications, conduct phone interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Prepare employment offers and related recruitment documentation.
• Support talent acquisition reporting, analytics and employer branding initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or employee engagement.
• Strong understanding of hiring and staffing practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English and German; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
