Regionalni HR SSC Team Leader

About the role

MAHLE is seeking a Regional HR Shared Services Center (SSC) Team Leader to oversee HR operations across multiple countries. The role focuses on building a motivated, high‑performing team that aligns with the company’s business objectives while ensuring compliance and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SSC team for the assigned region, aligning team goals with corporate targets.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational oversight, ensuring service delivery meets defined SLA and KPI standards.
• Support the team in resolving urgent and priority HR issues.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, mentorship, performance assessments, and individual development plans.
• Initiate and lead process‑improvement and standardisation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, and global HR guidelines.
• Maintain regular collaboration with local Payroll, Employee Relations, and HR Business Partners.
• Participate actively in HR projects, knowledge‑sharing activities, and transformation programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR processes within a Shared Service Center or BPO environment.
• Strong understanding of HR Shared Services functions and business needs.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing multicultural teams.
• University degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
