Rewards Specialist – Compensation & Benefits Expert

About the role

The Rewards Specialist independently manages core Compensation & Benefits and People Cost processes, delivering high‑quality, data‑driven results on schedule. You will coordinate major rewards cycles, provide actionable insights to HR and business partners, and own assigned benefit programmes from assessment through implementation and ongoing review.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate merit increases, incentive processes, salary reviews, promotions and organizational changes.
• Conduct compensation analysis and deliver data‑based recommendations on salary positioning, internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to advise on rewards policies, offers and promotions.
• Own end‑to‑end employee benefit programmes, including needs assessment, vendor selection, communication and continuous optimisation.
• Lead benefit tenders and commercial negotiations in collaboration with Procurement, Legal, Finance and HR.
• Prepare compensation, benefits and People Cost analyses to support budgeting and strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential rewards data, documentation and reporting while ensuring strong governance.
• Drive continuous improvement through simplification, standardisation, automation and digitalisation.
• Provide backup support for critical payroll activities when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Human Resources or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, People Analytics or Finance.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex HR/rewards processes with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Solid understanding of compensation principles, salary structures, internal equity, incentives and benefits.
• Good knowledge of payroll processes and data flows.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
