Sales Advisor – Western Balkans

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to build and strengthen the Blum brand in the Western Balkans, based in Belgrade. The role focuses on developing relationships with key partners, cabinet makers and industry customers, and promoting our lift‑system and hardware solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales activities targeting key partners, cabinet makers and industry customers.
• Train and present Blum product solutions to customers.
• Represent Blum at trade events and regional shows.
• Respond to sales enquiries via email, telephone and personal visits, and document interactions in the CRM system.
• Maintain existing accounts and acquire new customers through individualized support and liaison.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented, enthusiastic and self‑motivated.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and time‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
