Sales Recruiter

About the role

Native Teams is a fast‑growing global fintech startup looking for a Sales Recruiter to own the full‑cycle hiring process for sales positions. You will help expand our remote, international team by sourcing, evaluating and securing top sales talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for sales roles, from sourcing to offer management.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and targeted outreach.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and assess role‑specific competencies such as proactive selling behavior and measurable results.
• Coordinate multi‑stage interview processes and keep candidates and hiring managers aligned on timelines.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Asana and HubSpot.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards and interview questions.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably recruiting for sales roles in SaaS or tech environments.
• Comfortable handling multiple open roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Strong interviewing and evaluation skills focused on outcomes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience recruiting for international or remote teams is a plus.
