At Rho, we aim to attract, develop, and retain extraordinarily talented people. As a Senior Talent Partner you will uphold high recruiting standards and refine the infrastructure that enables us to hire great talent for our Engineering and Operations divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end hiring strategy for Engineering and Operations functions.
• Design and continuously improve search, interview, and calibration playbooks.
• Strengthen Rho’s talent brand by representing the company at events and shaping its market positioning.
• Adapt to business needs, stepping in wherever talent acquisition support is required.
• Combine creative, human‑first approaches with data‑driven testing (A/B messaging) to attract top operators.
• Monitor and exceed recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill and headcount goals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a technical focus and senior‑level hires.
• Passion for experimentation, leveraging AI and new tools to improve outcomes.
• Background in high‑accountability environments such as startups, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to drive results independently.
• Deep knowledge of the talent market and ability to speak the language of builders.
• Operational excellence in running disciplined searches and coaching hiring managers.
• Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills.
• Data‑driven decision‑making experience, tracking metrics like time‑to‑close and headcount targets.
