Sales Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Recruitment Consultant to join Nicoll Curtin Group’s Belgrade office, supporting our Swiss business development team. The role focuses on sourcing and placing talent for technology, IT, financial services and other sectors across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Swiss business development team to understand client hiring needs.
• Source candidates internationally using LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases and personal networks.
• Build pipelines of suitable candidates and conduct telephone interviews for active roles.
• Meet weekly KPIs and targets related to candidate placement and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Proactive, sales‑oriented mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Previous experience in sales or recruitment is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
