Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to join the team supporting our client Vefev, a producer of electro‑mechanical rolling stock equipment. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective negotiation and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective clients while nurturing existing accounts.
• Meet defined sales targets through direct selling and negotiation.
• Negotiate prices, quantities, delivery terms, payment methods, warranties and additional services.
• Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone and meetings, providing updates on products, promotions and services.
• Resolve customer complaints, inquiries and issues promptly.
• Handle administrative tasks such as order processing, documentation and reporting.
• Monitor market trends, competition and analyse statistical data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and client relations, preferably in goods or services.
• Strong knowledge of negotiation processes and contract finalisation.
• Understanding of market dynamics and ability to spot growth opportunities.
• Experience in administrative processes and report preparation is a plus.
