About the role

UNIQA is looking for a motivated Contact Center Associate to join its Claims Contact Center in the SEE region. You will be the first point of contact for clients reporting insurance claims, providing accurate information and ensuring smooth processing.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming calls and client requests related to claim reporting.
• Provide clients with necessary information and record requests according to established procedures and standards.
• Deliver administrative support for the Claims Contact Center.
• Apply internal procedures, control activities, and business standards.
• Ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations and data‑protection rules.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve efficient business outcomes.

Required profile

• Preferably some experience in similar call‑center or administrative roles.
• Medium or higher level of education.
• Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and administrative abilities.
• High degree of precision, responsibility and organizational skills.
