Senior Commercial Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to lead the financial stewardship of a strategic customer account within our Shared Service Centre. Based in our New Belgrade office, you will act as the primary finance partner, overseeing profitability, cost drivers, revenue trends, and assortment performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of 2 FTEs, handling performance, workload planning and development.
• Own the full P&L for a strategic customer, preparing and presenting monthly financial packs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead commercial discussions with the customer and support contract extension negotiations alongside the account director.
• Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts and conduct profit‑centre and variance analyses.
• Coordinate balance‑sheet reconciliations, stock reconciliations and inter‑company recharge invoicing.
• Ensure internal controls, multi‑currency reconciliations and compliance with audit requirements.

Required profile

• Proactive senior‑level finance professional with strong analytical and presentation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior management, customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to lead a small finance team and drive continuous improvement.
