Senior Google Ads Manager

About the role

Empower Brands Group is seeking a Senior Google Ads Manager to own and scale its Google Ads strategy across multiple European markets. You will drive profitable revenue growth for D2C health and wellness brands while collaborating with creative and landing‑page teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, optimise and scale Google Ads accounts for seven European markets.
• Lead Google Shopping campaigns and continuously improve Google Merchant Center accounts.
• Build and manage high‑performing Search campaigns focused on profitable conversions.
• Oversee Video campaigns to boost brand awareness and demand generation.
• Design logical, scalable account structures and allocate budgets to maximise ROI and ROAS.
• Create and execute testing roadmaps, including A/B tests for feeds, messaging and account efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and introduce innovative ideas that drive measurable impact.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads at a senior level, preferably for e‑commerce or D2C brands.
• Deep expertise in Google Shopping and Google Merchant Center optimisation.
• Proven track record with Search and Video campaign management.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads account architecture and scalable campaign setups.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn performance metrics into profitable decisions.
• Highly accountable, detail‑oriented and proactive in continuous improvement.
