Senior HR Business Partner – Plant HR Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead all HR functions within our manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for shaping HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and driving employee engagement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations including organization design, HR systems, training, recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Manage direct reports, plan departmental activities, and delegate tasks effectively.
• Lead recruitment efforts, assist managers in defining hiring needs, source candidates, and support final selection.
• Conduct new‑hire orientation, annual benefits enrollment, and ad‑hoc training sessions.
• Facilitate the annual performance management process and help set department goals.
• Coordinate employee‑relations issues to achieve timely and appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain HRIS data for HR, benefits, and payroll processing and generate required reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience covering multiple HR modules.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
• Proven customer‑centric relationship building and consultative approach.
• Excellent negotiation, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
