Senior Learning Specialist – Europe

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist to lead the Centre of Excellence for Learning across Europe. You will translate global Learning & Development strategy into regional programmes that meet business goals, legal requirements and local needs.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the global L&D strategy at a regional level, including processes, tools, templates and systems.
• Analyse business targets and audit requirements and convert them into tailored learning concepts.
• Design, steer and deliver target‑group specific learning programmes in addition to global offers.
• Manage regional learning resources such as providers, instructors, venues, budgets and KPIs.
• Consult HR Business Partners, ERP and Shared Service Centres on learning topics and processes.
• Promote regional learning offers in line with global communication.
• Monitor and apply emerging learning trends across Europe.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of professional experience in Talent Development, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience designing strategic talent development concepts and targeted learning offers.
• Strong background in steering learning projects and managing stakeholders at various levels.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
