Senior Product Manager – AI & Game-Based Learning (Remote)

About the role

NovaKid is a global leader in online English education for children aged 4‑12. As a Senior Product Manager you will own the non‑live student experience, turning the Kid’s Area into a core driver of language acquisition through AI‑powered games and practice tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a small cross‑functional team of designers and developers to deliver AI‑driven learning features.
• Define and execute the roadmap for gamified worlds and LLM‑based mini‑games aligned with curriculum goals.
• Use AI to create adaptive learning paths that adjust difficulty in real‑time based on performance.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve Speech‑to‑Text and AI prompting for maximum speaking time.
• Design and manage the “Economy of Fun” – avatars, rewards, and other gamification elements.
• Translate user insights into high‑quality educational content and engaging UX.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in EdTech or gaming.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered features such as prompt engineering or conversational AI.
• Strong background in mobile gaming or highly gamified products.
• Proven ability to build safe, intuitive interfaces for children 4‑12 years old.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team.
