Senior Specialist CoE Learning Europe

About the role

MAHLE is seeking a Senior Specialist for the Center of Excellence (CoE) Learning in Europe. The role will drive the regional implementation of the global Learning & Development strategy, ensuring alignment with business targets and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the global Learning & Development strategy at the regional level, including processes, concepts, tools, systems and templates.
• Translate regional business goals and legal/audit requirements into localized learning concepts that adhere to global standards.
• Design, steer and execute target‑group specific learning processes and content, supplementing global offerings where needed.
• Manage regional learning resources such as providers, instructors, venues, budgets and KPIs to meet strategic priorities.
• Consult and support regional HR Business Partners, ERP and Shared Service Center teams on learning topics and processes.
• Promote regional learning offers in line with global communication and monitor learning trends across Europe.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of professional experience in Talent Development, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience designing strategic talent development concepts and targeted learning offers.
• Strong track record of steering learning projects and managing stakeholders at various levels.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
