Senior User Acquisition Manager – Facebook (Web & App)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead Facebook advertising for our web and app dating portfolio. The role focuses on the US and other Tier‑1 markets, driving growth through strategic campaign planning, execution, and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own Facebook UA for web and app funnels across core dating products (e.g., Dating.com, DateMyAge).
• Plan, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns with monthly spends of $200k–$300k+.
• Build and maintain account structures, tracking setups, domains, whitelists, and payment flows.
• Run a structured creative testing loop: hypothesis, iteration, learning, and scaling.
• Develop and implement automation (rules, scripts, third‑party integrations) and document best practices.

Required profile

• Senior hands‑on experience with Facebook user acquisition for web/B2C, specifically in the USA and other Tier‑1 markets.
• Budget ownership of $100k+/month (ideally $200k+/month) with strong performance focus (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
• Deep knowledge of Facebook best practices (structure, scaling, bidding, measurement, troubleshooting).
• Ability to split effort between execution (70‑80%) and channel leadership (20‑30%).
• Experience or solid exposure to automation and AI‑driven creative iteration workflows.
