Serbian‑Speaking Freelance Recruiter – Up to 40% Commission

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Serbian‑speaking freelance recruiter to join its global talent acquisition network. The role is fully remote and compensation is based on commission, offering up to 40% of each successful placement.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage high‑quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and direct outreach.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with DKR’s Service Delivery Team and Managing Director.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Develop long‑term relationships with candidates and nurture talent communities.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Serbian (C1+) and strong English (B2+).
• Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑driven mindset.
