Social Media Specialist – Content & Community Management

About the role

As part of the Social Media team, you will support the execution of strategies across multiple markets, focusing on content creation, community management and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Create weekly and monthly content calendars, write copy, adapt materials and publish daily on Facebook and Instagram.
• Engage with the audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster interaction.
• Prepare and adapt visual and video assets using basic editing tools.
• Monitor post performance, gather data and assist in preparing performance reports.
• Support campaign data preparation, budget definition and execution tracking in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
• Collaborate with marketing and e‑commerce teams, stay up‑to‑date with trends and propose creative ideas.

Required profile

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational skills, precision, reliability and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram and Facebook platforms.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite.
• Basic photo editing tools.
• Basic video editing tools.
