Solution Architect Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Solution Architect Expert who will lead the design and implementation of high‑complexity, transformational IT and telecom projects. You will shape architecture standards, ensure alignment with business strategy, and act as a knowledge hub for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical solution design analysis and produce comprehensive solution documents.
• Lead and coordinate dedicated analysis teams, controlling scope and managing extensions.
• Communicate and align architectural changes with all relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare implementation packages, including testing and deployment readiness.
• Maintain a clear view of medium‑to‑high level architecture and corporate strategy.
• Steer technology and IT strategy, share knowledge, and introduce innovative work methods.
• Act as a competency centre and authority in solution architecture.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, business units, and external vendors.
• Provide regular status, progress, and risk reporting.
• Support project budgeting and business case development.

Required profile

• University degree in IT, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in telecom/IT solution architecture projects.
• Strong business understanding and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage both long‑term and short‑term perspectives.
• Expertise in stakeholder, expectation, and risk management.
• Result‑oriented, fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Positive, assertive, solution‑driven attitude with excellent communication skills.
