Solution Engineer – Balkan Region

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Solution Engineer for the Balkan region. You will act as the trusted technical advisor for customers, partners and our sales organisation, translating requirements into compelling product proposals and demonstrating the value of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical pre‑sales contact for prospective customers, business partners and the sales team.
• Understand customer requirements and create product and solution proposals.
• Present, demonstrate and explain product capabilities, use cases and technical benefits.
• Support on‑site and remote meetings, workshops, proof‑of‑concepts and project opportunities.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers, distributors and channel partners on strategic sales activities.
• Deliver technical training for partners and customers.
• Assist in event preparation, technical setup and product demonstrations.
• Provide technical input for sales opportunities, partner enablement and go‑to‑market activities.

Required profile

• Relevant IT qualification with at least 3 years of experience in technical pre‑sales, solution engineering or comparable customer‑facing role.
• Strong technical knowledge of networking, storage, NAS, virtualization and video surveillance.
• Fluent in Serbian and/or Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent presentation, communication and consultative selling skills.
• Proactive, creative problem‑solver with high ownership and strategic thinking.
• Based in Novi Sad (Serbia) or nearby, with a valid driving licence and own vehicle.
