Sourcing & Recruiting Specialist – Europe (French/English)

About the role

As a Sourcing & Recruiting Specialist for Europe, you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for MAHLE, a global automotive supplier. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for open positions within your assigned region.
• Screen applications, conduct assessments, and lead phone and face‑to‑face interviews.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines.
• Maintain proactive relationships with candidates and act as a brand ambassador for MAHLE.
• Collaborate with specialist departments and global recruiters to ensure smooth handovers.
• Guide hiring managers through selection, offer, and onboarding phases.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and innovative sourcing techniques.

Required profile

• Advanced studies in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across different organizational levels.
• Agile mindset, team‑player attitude, and a focus on continuous learning.
