Strategy Manager – Engage & Protect Business Partner

About the role

The Strategy Manager – Engage & Protect Business Partner will shape and drive long‑term strategic initiatives for Proximus Global’s Engage and Protect business unit. Working closely with senior leaders, you will define market expansion plans, oversee large‑scale transformation programmes and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the (re)definition of the mid‑ to long‑term strategy for the Engage & Protect portfolio and ensure it is communicated and embraced across the organisation.
• Lead strategic analyses in partnership with the BU Lead to improve market positioning and create enterprise value.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to design and implement transformation initiatives, tracking progress against defined metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to report the impact of strategy and transformation projects to the Executive Committee.
• Engage key stakeholders, facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and manage change initiatives to support successful implementation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Strategy or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business transformation or consulting.
• Proven leadership of cross‑functional, international project teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
