Talent Acquisition Specialist – Europe (French & English)

About the role

Join MAHLE’s Center of Excellence for Sourcing & Recruiting Europe as a specialist who will drive end‑to‑end hiring for the region. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while supporting hiring managers throughout the selection and onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for open positions, from application review to offer.
• Conduct assessments, telephone and face‑to‑face interviews, and evaluate candidate results.
• Develop and execute creative search strategies, building proactive candidate pipelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent networks.
• Guide hiring managers through selection, onboarding, and ensure smooth handovers.
• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and innovative sourcing techniques.

Required profile

• Advanced studies in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Agile mindset, team‑player attitude, and continuous‑learning focus.
