Talent Coordinator & Sourcer – Remote (Europe)

About the role

Collectly is seeking a proactive Talent Coordinator and Sourcer to support its European remote recruitment efforts. The role combines candidate coordination with active sourcing to ensure a smooth, positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Manager and Hiring Managers to streamline interview scheduling and onboarding logistics.
• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate experience, from initial contact through offer and background checks.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and support job and offer creation.
• Develop scalable processes that improve efficiency while preserving a personal touch.
• Conduct proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, social media and Boolean search techniques, focusing on passive talent.
• Collaborate on sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill positions and document hiring procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• LinkedIn sourcing and engagement.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques.
