Talent Program Associate – 6‑Month Rotational Graduate Program

About the role

We are seeking motivated early‑career professionals to join the Bilstein Group South East Europe Talent Program. This six‑month, on‑site rotational program offers a 360° view of the automotive aftermarket business, allowing you to work across finance, operations, sales, marketing and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through five core business functions, spending several weeks in each department.
• Participate in real‑world projects and day‑to‑day operations to develop practical skills.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues and mentors, contributing to team objectives.
• Present progress and receive feedback from management after each rotation.
• Reflect on strengths and career interests to identify the most suitable long‑term role.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career candidate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong motivation to learn and proactive attitude.
• Interest in an international business environment and the automotive aftermarket sector.
