About the role

Join Bilstein Group South East Europe as a Talent Program Associate and embark on a 12‑month, 360° development journey. This program is designed for recent graduates who want to accelerate their career by rotating through key business functions and gaining hands‑on experience in the automotive aftermarket industry.

Key responsibilities

• Complete rotations in Finance & Accounting, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Logistics.
• Participate in real‑world projects and day‑to‑day operations within each department.
• Engage in regular feedback and development discussions with senior management after each rotation.
• Collaborate with mentors and department leaders to solve business challenges.
• Build a professional network across the organization.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Economics, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong motivation to learn across multiple functions and a proactive, curious mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of English.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid B‑category driving licence is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English language.
