Tax Junior Consultant (Belgrade)

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a motivated Tax Junior Consultant to join its Belgrade office. You will support a diverse portfolio of corporate income tax, VAT and transfer pricing projects, including M&A assignments for leading local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tax research and stay updated on legislative changes.
• Prepare various tax reports and compliance documentation.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates.
• Support project administration, including drafting proposals and engagement letters.
• Assist senior team members with ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Economics or Law.
• No prior experience required; accounting or tax exposure is a plus.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting is advantageous.
• Fluent in Serbian and English, both spoken and written.
• Efficient, well‑organized, and able to prioritize workload.
• Strong motivation to learn and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word.
