Test Assistant Internship

About the role

Join Brose Group as a Test Assistant Intern and gain hands‑on experience in automotive testing. You will support the preparation, execution, and documentation of test activities while working closely with engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and setup of tests according to defined test plans.
• Assist in test execution and functional measurements based on test orders.
• Operate measurement equipment such as multimeters, power supplies and oscilloscopes.
• Document test setups, activities and generate reports.
• Maintain and organize test equipment and fixtures.
• Collaborate with Test Engineers, hardware, software and system engineers.

Required profile

• Technical high school (IV level) education.
• Basic understanding of laboratory measurement equipment is a plus.
• Interest in testing, validation and automotive technology.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent English language skills.
