Venue Manager

About the role

The Venue Manager will lead the planning, coordination and execution of operational activities for event spaces. This senior professional ensures that all processes, standards and resources are applied consistently across multiple functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in developing the sector’s operational plan, including content, priorities, risks and requirements.
• Create daily work schedules, shift plans and task allocations for operational teams.
• Plan and maintain chronological schedules, procedures and briefing materials.
• Develop, apply and continuously improve standard operating procedures and related documentation.
• Coordinate multiple operational teams such as security, visitor services, technical services, logistics and others.
• Monitor external contractors, report deviations from standards and ensure quality of service delivery.
• Organise and lead daily briefings for managers and coordinators.
• Guarantee uniform implementation of operational decisions throughout the sector.
• Act as the central contact point for all operational teams within the sector.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex operational systems and coordinating multiple teams.
• Experience in operations, facility management, transport systems, hospitality or similarly dynamic environments.
• Proven ability in capacity planning, work organisation, resource management and process improvement.
• Experience managing external partners and monitoring service quality.
• Active knowledge of English.
