About the role

The position is based in a PepsiCo warehouse where the holder will be responsible for moving pallets and finished goods throughout the facility. The role ensures that inventory is stored, retrieved and transferred accurately and on time, supporting the overall supply‑chain flow.

Key responsibilities

• Unload pallets from incoming trucks and place them in flow‑rack storage.
• Load pallets to designated locations according to system instructions.
• Remove pallets from racks following location orders.
• Maintain accurate records of goods received and dispatched.
• Sort and manage empty pallets.
• Participate in inventory counts and material reconciliations.
• Prepare finished products and raw material for distribution based on shipping lists.
• Transfer goods between warehouses as required.
• Monitor the condition of flow/fixed racks and forklift equipment.
• Ensure loading quality complies with order specifications.
• Support ERP standard implementation and follow shipping standards.

Required profile

• Minimum basic education.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Forklift operating licence (preferred).
