VIP Account Manager – German language

About the role

As a VIP Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with German-speaking VIP players. Your goal is to provide exceptional service, ensure player satisfaction, and drive retention and growth within your portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of German-speaking VIP players, ensuring top-level customer experience.
• Build long-term, trust‑based relationships with high‑value clients.
• Proactively contact players to introduce new offers, bonuses, and exclusive promotions.
• Monitor player activity and trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide tailored solutions and personalized service to maximize player engagement.
• Act as the go‑to contact for VIP players, addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional VIP journey.
• Prepare regular reports on player activity, performance, and retention metrics.
• Contribute to developing strategies for increasing player loyalty and lifetime value.
• Handle any additional tasks as assigned by the Head or Director of Department.

Required profile

• Native‑level German and excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
• Proven experience in the iGaming / Gambling industry (mandatory).
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a VIP / Account Management role.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to understand player needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and KPIs.
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target‑driven environment.
