About the role
We are looking for a Railway Worker to join our team in the Balkans, responsible for maintaining and renewing railway tracks and related infrastructure. The role involves hands‑on field work, ensuring safe and reliable railway operations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and renewal of railway tracks, including replacement of sleepers, rails and associated components.
- Maintain the ballast and track bed to ensure proper track geometry.
- Assist in construction and infrastructure projects related to railway works.
- Adhere to occupational safety regulations and follow all security procedures.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of experience in railway infrastructure maintenance or similar railway projects.
- Willingness to work on‑site in the Balkan region.
- Completed primary or secondary education, or a vocational qualification (KV).
- Responsible, autonomous and able to work effectively within a team.
